Order Support

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, all food products sold on SKBRANDS.my are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.

However, replacements or refunds may be considered for selected cases such as:

  • Wrong item received
  • Missing item
  • Damaged item during delivery
  • Expired product received

All requests are subject to review and approval based on our Delivery, Return & Refund Policy.
