Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates only and may vary depending on courier service performance, delivery location, public holidays, festive seasons, weather conditions, customs clearance, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier or logistics provider, delivery handling and transit timing are under the responsibility of the courier or logistics provider.
Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery, returned parcels, or changes to delivery details after an order has been processed.

Exchange and Refund Policy (Online Shop)
Due to hygiene, safety, and food handling requirements, food products sold on SKBRANDS.my are generally non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once shipped.
Exchange, refund, or replacement may only be considered in selected cases, including:
- Wrong item received
- Missing item from the order
- Product damaged during delivery
- Expired product received
- Product leakage caused during shipping
Customers must submit any claim within the required timeframe stated in our Delivery, Return, or Refund Policy, together with clear supporting evidence such as order number, photos, videos, packaging condition, and shipping label.
